"The label is called One4Ho. The origins of its name come from a seminal summer in Berlin, where Sophie Ruston (Ghettozoid) and Mai Harper (label founders) first laid eyes on each other. The name One4Ho incorporates Ghettozoid's obsession with Miami Bass. Essentially we are ladies that love the 140 tempo. IDJ mag review: 'Bristol resident Ghettozoid brings in feted vocalist Yolanda to help launch her One4Ho imprint. Moody washes of midrange synth provide an ample background for Yolanda's stunning vocal spiritual, clockwork garage breaks and thunderous bass thrum adding a dash of urgency to the mix. Crackle house specialist Blue Daisy turns in a sick remix on the flip, dubbing the track hard as he stretches the samples tautly across his canvas -- ambient vocal excursions eventually joined by a burrowing acid bassline and Daisy's trademark squeezed beats.'"
