Mr. C presents three versions of the same track, but each with very different purposes as DJ tools. "Waxing" aims for that deep, after-hours vibe, so with the tempo set at 122bpm, Mr. C started with a simple rhythm, layering deep chords and bass lines against spaced-out tones. With "Full Moon," the chord structure of the bass line is slightly altered to make it sit more comfortably with the pads, stabs and melodies -- a beautiful last track of the night-time or sun-up.
