Part three of Cocoon's 10" series is all about the modern British techno scene. After collaborations with Carl Cox and X-Press 2, Yousef's "Come Home" has become one of the most important tracks of the winter season 2009/2010. With a steadily-rising crescendo, Yousef weaves a "strings-meet-piano" motif with massive reverb. London-based DJ and producer Tim Green presents "Lone Time," featuring metal-like percussions that are loaded with adrenaline, proving that modern techno can't live without tribal elements.
