Color vinyl version. Pioneering Dutch punk band, the Squats, was one of the first to emerge from the underground of late 1970s Nijmegen. The core of the group morphed into Oi! band the Magnificent, and after a shared cassette with Angelic Upstarts and tracks on early Oi! compilations, an augmented Magnificent cut quality debut, Hit And Run, released by Link in 1988, which captures the band at their tightest. Internal friction would lead to further lineup changes, making Hit And Run the must-have for fans of the band and all lovers of Oi!
