Your favorite weed sludgers are ready to come back with their fourth studio album, the aptly titled Stoned Villains, out on your beloved Heavy Psych Sounds Records. The band's distinctive sound emerges immediately after the first listen: seven tracks of heavy, sulfurous doom-sludge, with influences ranging from the '90s to Turin-inspired hardcore punk, the scene in which these "villains" were formed and raised. Heavy and cutting guitars, a seismic rhythm section, and Gingerzilla's voice barking out ungraceful tales of weed abuse and uncontrolled eating. The song titles perfectly describe Tons: a band that doesn't take itself too seriously and uses irony as its strong point. Also available on black vinyl (HPS 389LP), pink vinyl (HPS 389LTD-LP), and red/blue splatter vinyl (HPS 389ULTRA-LP).

After the infamous split album with the almighty Bongzilla, Tons are back with their third full-length studio album. Hashension is composed of six heavy reefer songs which express the band's devotion to the "Green God". The recipe is the same, but always evolving: an infusion of slow and swampy doom/sludge metal with hints of psychedelia, and the band members' hardcore-punk background gives the record a groovy and personal feel throughout.

Filthy Flowers Of Doom is Tons' second full-length album. 40 minutes divided into five tracks of in-your-face doomy sludge metal. Slabby and Luciferian riffs, tight drumming and a demonic voice characterize the last effort from the Turin band, now with a new drummer and a second guitar. Low-league occultism and weed devotion are the basis of this muddy album that will drag you into a sulphurous and sabbathian void. Filthy Flowers Of Doom was recorded by Danilo "Deepest Sea" Battocchio. Mastering by Brad Boatright (Sleep, NAILS, Obituary) at Audiosiege (USA). Let the doom go on...
